Yes, assuming you have the right bank selected.

I don't know without looking it up, which I'm not going to waste time doing.
All you need to know is that the timer 0 register is at whatever TMR0 is
defined as in the include file.

In what way?  It has always seemed to behave for me.

This is only an issue when using the ICD.  The ICE or simulator don't have
this problem.
