Now that you've got the EEPROM going you can use that as a
base for reading/writing the Flash memory, which is very useful
for storage of static or infrequently-changed tables and arrays,
especially large ones. Being 14-bit, Flash memory can store, in
packed form, 2 x 7-bit ASCII codes (such as text or numbers)
