The best way to filter all piclist messages is by looking for PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU in the 'from' header field, and then break it down into folders by looking for '[PIC' , '[OT' etc in the subject line - leaving off the :] from the filter avoids the ]: vs :] debate.
