Ta. I've downloaded it (eventually - seems any NEC site you
try is put on back-order for delivery in 6-8 weeks)

The 7225 I think is the pixel driver. On closer inspection I see there
are 4 more ICs under, also 64 pin (13x19). I'm guessing they must
be the bigger version of the 7225, can't see the number, and the
7227 is the i/f
