It's an LEDTECH LL10000-G bargraph I got from AllElectronics (BG-10G).
The typical Vf listed on the only LEDTECH page I could find is actually
2.1V, but I measured it at about 1.95V @ 25mA.  Their US site has no
bargraph datasheets.
