I have two pins that are analog attached to my pic.  What is the best state
to put them in to reduce current during sleep.

One pin will have a low voltage for the output of an op-amp that is
shutdown.

The other pin is a voltage divider from VBAT that I use to monitor the
battery.  It will be sitting between 2 and 4 volts.
