As I mentioned, the insurance company is also suffering with this problem,
because the cargo "belongs" to 2 or 3 parties along its way. If the moment
it happens is known, the insurance company will point out the responsible
every time. Hopefully, after some time, this problem will come to an end,
insurance may fall, shipping cost may fall.
