Only, if you try to order one you'll find it is not available right now. So you will have to wait. Alternatively, you could try any of the prebuilt JDM-type programmers like the PIC-PG2C available from sparkfun (http://www.sparkfun.com/shop/index.php?shop=1&cart=37200&cat=3&) for $ 12,50 and using the freeware ICPROG (http://www.ic-prog.com/). BUT!!! this programmer will only work if you have a true serial port on your pc. The JDM design draws it's power from the serial port and a USB-to-serial dongle simply does not supply enough current.
