He *might* put his hands up, but if he's got anything significant going on in the testicular department, he'll just fold his arms and "no comment". If it's not the machine being fooled by anything you can physically recover or examine it must be something that he's doing. Better surveillance has to be an option. Given that there could be an unknown, possibly large, number of shady units out there, surely there must be some economic incentive to get useable evidence. Look at the costs they're looking at to replace f/w for a start (and what price reputation/public confidence if this got out ?) Even if by fluke amongst the millions of operations someone else did stumble across his method, would they necessarily realise what had happened and capitalise on it ? Could have been anyone.
