It's got to be something simple, I have access to the inside of this device, and I have tools that can generate the necessary pulses on each line, and I have plenty of time and access to restricted functionality on the device, yet it is proving extraordinarily difficult to replicate what this person is doing in the field without causing multiple errors on the host device. Yet this person is doing it in the field, in plain view of security devices with no visible tools, no access to the internals of the device, no access to the restricted functionality, in 3 minutes and without leaving a trace! Frustrating to say the least... > -----Original Message----- > From: Bob Ammerman [SMTP:rammerman@VERIZON.NET] > Sent: Thursday, January 29, 2004 2:57 PM > To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU > Subject: Re: [PIC:] Disassemblers > > Did the suspect (who originally worked at the company that produces these > devices) have access to the source code and/or hardware design of this > device? > > -- > http://www.piclist.com hint: The list server can filter out subtopics > (like ads or off topics) for you.
