Could someone give me a quick PICLIST sanity check?

The last PICLIST message I received today was time-stamped: Tue 1/27/2004
4:11 PM

Have there been many messages posted after 4:11 PM today or is traffic
really slow?

I think my ISP's e-mail server went down and I missed some messages.
