I must admit that I sat up when I read the above, but the rest explains it very clearly and I find myself agreeing with most of what he said, including his definition of capital. Unless you are restricting it to its definition in the realm of economics, where it is a very limited technical meaning, in which case it has very little to do with the subject of this discussion.
