Find out what the jedec specs are for a given package. Almost every package
is made to a given jedec shape, and should have a corresponding footprint.
Look for an SO-xx or MS-xx type number on the package outline drawing, and
work from there. The MS- numbers are Jedec, and the SO- numbers are the
corresponding European organisation.
