This is sort of a long shot...

I'm not sure if Chris Sakkas used Jan Axelson's original 'INPOUT' DLL to
access the parallel port on the ITU programmer he developed, but if he did
you just might be in luck.

Do you have the original software for the ITU programmer?

If so, do see this file anywhere in the software setup directory?:
        INPOUT32.DLL

If you do, LOGIX4U has created a new INPOUT32.DLL for Win XT/2000/XP which,
if the ITU programmer uses this DLL, would allow your programmer software to
run on your Windows XP machine without ant further modifications. This new
INPOUT32.DLL also works on Windows 98. I can send you this file if you need
it. The LOGIX4U web site looks like it has expired.
