right click on the connection icon, options tab, redialing options, tickbox
redail if line is dropped.

should work, havent tried it.

Hi all,
       I was wondering if anyone could help me to configure win98/2000 to
reconnect the dial-up internet conection if it breaks. I am a dial-up user
(yes, we are still alive!) and I usually leave the computer connected when I
go out to work. Sometimes when I get back home the connection was lost. Is
there a way I can avoid this? Is there a software (freeware) that I can use
