Efficiently drive up to 12 white LEDs.
Intersil's EL7513 is a white LED driver with an industry-leading 91%
efficiency and a constant frequency PWM design. The EL7513 can drive up to 4
LEDs in series and up to 12 LEDs in series/parallel with efficiencies of 85%
and above. The EL7513 can also operate from single or dual Li-ion cells with
an input range of 2.6V to 13.2V. The 1mm high 8-pin TSOT package is ideal
for cell phone applications and is also available in an 8-pin MSOP package.
