Yes, a challenge! It has been a long time....

Let's count: there are 3 choices out of 6 for the key (others are
mirrors), after that 5! ways to distribute the other signals, so I count
360. So it seems I can speak for the total PIClist :)

But why only 5 signals? IMHO the programmer should pull down (or up :)
the LVP pin at the appropriate moment.
