Generally it means that your Reply-To header has your email address in
it instead of the piclist address.  However, in this case you actually
have a different header active:

Errors-to: <...@pa.net>

This means that SMTP servers honoring this header will forward all
errors to you instead of to the list where they belong.  Get rid of that
header in your outgoing messages, and you should be all set.
