I highly recommend Wise Source.  Have been using them for several years
now, and have been only too happy to send what little money they
actually require.

Least expensive is $10/mo for 100MB space, 1GB transfer per month, 10
email, a mailing list, PHP, etc.  I get a fairly good discount by paying
for 6 months in advance.

which, I beleive, are those submitted to some independant service such
as hostwatch.  I'd highly recommend looking into a host review website
and looking at your options before signing up with anyone.  I got burned
pretty badly before switching to wise source.

Oh, he also registers domains for $15 or so.
