Just FYI... Just come home from a visit at a factory beeing shut down. I "saved" some components out of a bunch of stuff that was going to be sent to the local disposal plant. Anyway, I'll make a better list in a few days, but if anyone is interested in anything of the stuff listed below, just send me a mail and we'll see. I thought I'd poll the PIClist before going to eBay :-) B.t.w, everyting is absolutly un-used, some in original packeges (mostly the caps). Best Regards Jan-Erik. The amount on each line is the total number of heatsinks. 140: IRFP3710 Power N-chan MOSFET 100V / 57A (one on each heatsink) 160: TIP41B Power NPN transistor 80V / 7A (two on each heatsink) 360: BYV29 Ultra fast diod 500V / 9A (two on each heatsink) They are all mounted on the kind of flat heatsink that is standing and that has a couple pins to be soldered onto the PCB. It's just a metal spring that holds them, so they are realy easy to dismount from the heatsink, if needed. Anyway, I'll put up some pics on my web later during the weekend (and I'll have to check up a few prices :-) ). 300: GBPC2506W Diod bridge (rectifier) 600V / 25A I also saw a some IRF840 power MOSFET's, but they was mixed up in a large box together with a lot of junk, I saved about 20 of them... Now, second thought, I should have put that box into my car and sorted it out at home. There was probably a couple of 100's IRF840 (which is a nice part, I think ?) Then I got a couple of different e-lyt caps : 470uF / 16V 105 degC 680uF / 35V 105 degC ("ultra low imp, high ripple, Rubicon ZL-series) 22uF / 400V (Panasonic EEU-EB2G222S, high voltage...) 2200uF / 25V 4700uF / 10V 105 degC 33uF / 40V 125 degC (high temp...) The amount of each varies from 5-600 up to a couple of 1000's. All are, AFAIK, high quality, they was used to build power supply equipment in telecom stations. -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
