Since you are asking this question, I will assume you need to know how to set this up, or else you wouldn't have had to ask the question in the first place! Unless I severly misunderstood the question, and then I guess I look pretty dumb and wasted a lot of time :) example: for a step function that is 0 Volts (or whatever units you are using) for t<5 seconds (or whatever units/base) and is 5Volts t=>5 sec, you would enter data in two columns. first column is time, second is volts. so for example: TIME VOLTS 0 0 1 0 2 0 3 0 4 0 5 1 6 1 7 1 8 1 9 1 10 1 then highlight the two columns and click the chart wizard. -Phil Eisermann -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
