So look at the Micrel MIC94053. Its a P channel with an internal PUP, runs down to 1.8V Vgs. Thus, if I am right, you drive this low in order to turn it on. If the PIC is running at 3.3V, and the souorce is 1.8V, Vgs would be 1.5V. This would be too low for keeping it off? Or am I slightly confused about this value. The PIC is running at 3.3, no choices there. I need to switch both 3.3V and 1.8V with this.
