For 0.1 uF, you should be able to find a foil type which is stable for changes in temperature. Try a polycarbonate capacitor. (This refers to the type of plastic dielectric used between the metal foil plates.) Admittedly, foil capacitors in this size are large and bulky, but ceramics aren't the way to go if you want stability.
