I did a paramatric search at Int'l Rectifier (www.irf.com) and found the IRF7425 which is a P-Channel device which might be a pretty good fit. IRF7463 IRF7456 IRF7459 are N-Channel devices that you might want to take a look at. I'm not sure if their low gate voltage performance will do what you need but they're worth a look.
