ok..different thread, same design.....

I designed in this great part from Vishay, the Si4788CY.  5A capability, SO8
package AND you can drive it direct with 1.8 to 5V logic levels, no matter
what the voltage is you are switching.

BUT.....can't seem to be able to buy them now.

So i need a substitute, driving with a PIC16LF877 directly, switching
1.8V,3.3V and 5V with this part.

Anyone have a favorite?
