I have looked for NPO/COG type capacitors in DigiKey, they seem to be only
in pF.  I don't know if .1uF in NPO type exists.  I'll check it out.

I will check if the capacitor is leaking,  I have a lot of boards, maybe the
one I am testing have a leaky capacitor, I'll check with the others as well.
