Especially, I think, PGM is used the same, but it is on RB5 and not RB3, so
the existing PCBs need to have a cut N jumper.

I had hoped my board would be immediately useable with the 18 series, but
no such luck.  In some versions I have RB5 available, in others not, there
is some inter-version thrashing and I gave up on the 18 to be able to finish.
