As far as I know, it isn't a "resistor" but a (kind of)
constant current source (with the current as specified
in the dats sheet). Now, using ohms law, you could always
transalate this into a equivalent resistans value given
a specific Vcc voltage.

Taht said, I think that 500K is a bit high, given the
min and max valus for the D070 parameter in the data sheet,
I get an intervall between aprox 11 Kohm and 100 Kohm (@ 5V).
