I read your paragraph above and didn't know what it was referring too. I just happened to see the top of my message in the bottom of the window, but I came within 100mS of hitting delete. The extra 2 seconds it takes to do it right on your end saves hassle for all the 2000 people that will read your message. It also shows a little care and thoughtfullness toward those from whom you are seeking a favor.
