Read it well then click on the CORRECT link to either get posts or OPT OUT from posts by subject header. I was swamped with emails too until I slimmed it down to just the posts/groups I was interested in! Just click on the correct link and hit on your mail reader (there is no need to do/add anything else) and you will get a confirmation email back to say your status has changed.
