Since Mill-Max carriers the PC104 connectors, I checked their website.
They do have connectors with .050" pitch, but it was hard to see if they
had the long solder tail option that would allow the stack-up you describe.

Hand-soldering PC104 connectors is difficult as the pins become four
deep and there isn't much room with 2mm pitch and the height of the
solder tails.  I can't imagine 1.27mm would be much fun :-)
