There is a site that sells manuals and copies.  I bought one from them but I
lost the URL.  Do a google search on manuals or equipment manuals.  I am
sure that you will find it.  Leader is good low end equipment.  It is not
intended to compete with Tektronix or HP.  But it is popular test equipment
so manuals should be readily available.
