The 18F252 never suffered from this problem, and I don't remember about the '2320. The '252 did have several other problems, most of which were fixed in the rev C0 silicon. C0 should have made its way thru most distribution channels by now, but beware anyway. Depending on where you are buying these, you might specify on the PO that the 18F252 must be rev C0 silicon.
