Did you search the archives before asking?
Some version of this question crops up every now and then.
On October 3rd this year we had the exchange copied below.
The 10 kV solution is below your spec but the 1 metre separation one will
probably make the grade :-) - whether it works for you depends on your
signal spec.

What are you passing via the opto?
ie what frequency and is it digital or analog?

Also: Richard Prosser may have found something super HV while looking for
his 14 mm separation device.

Digi-Key catalog shows an opaque cylindrical housing with leads exiting
longitudinally from each end. See their part number 365-1031-ND, (also
-1032- and -1033- for the B and C versions). Price < $3 in ones.
