I have been using the same paper cutter for over 20 years. Cuts boards (G10 FR4 up to 062 in) almost down to the final dimension where I use a belt sander to put the finishing touch. I think I paid US$40 for it back then and after over a thousand boards cut, it will still slice a piece of paper cleanly.
