I don't think so. But why ask ? The Line Card from Microchip
should answer this, I guess. But *I* havn't seen any PIC with a
builtin NI, as far as I remember.

Don't think you can get that.

I think this must be done with some kind of network "co-processor".

And, besides, "TCP/IP" is a rather loose specification. There
are tons of different protocols out there. Which one(s) are you
targeting ?
