Make that Kepro, not Kepco, and visiting their website I see they are no longer in business. BTW, FR4 dulls blades quickly. Don't go borrowing the use of someone else's (machine shop's) shear to cut your boards. I've never tried but have been told that they'll 'kill' you if you do!
