PVC is in that pressure range, at least for the smaller diameters, but it's rated based on the high pressure being on the INSIDE... When i was a kid, we made an underwater habitat for a mouse. nothing too fancy; just designed to sit at the bottom of a garbage can full of water. It was very educational, along the lines of "it needs HOW much weight to hold it down?" and "we've got GOBS of silicone on there, how come it's still leaking?" The mouse, however, survived...
