I'm currently not in the same city as my laminator, so I can't tell you the make or model. It's a more industrial type one, not the kind you'd buy at a craft store. I got it for free as it was broken, and I managed to fix it up. I haven't modified it at all, it seems to pass the boards with no problems. The only thing is that sometimes I get a noise that I believe is the carrier sheet I use touching some moving parts internally...I have to open the unit up again and watch the paper going through to double check.
