You don't even need a UV tube. I've been quite successfull using presensitized PCB's from Circuit=20 Specialists in AZ. (6" x 10" FR4 for $6.00/each in 10 qty) using just a 4=20 ft fluorescent shop light. 5" distance from tubes, 14 mins exposure, laserprint onto vellum as the=20 photopositive. I can get 7/7 line/spacing no problem. The secret is warming up the developer. And the best part is consistency! You can crank out as many duplicates as= =20 you want and they all come out the same.
