I am little confused, if I look at page 44 figure 8-2 this is a parallel
configuration, but in page 35, figure 7-2 it seems a series configuration to
me or It depende on internal configuration of the chip?
If the crystal is parallel I have the right configuration and Cap c1, but is
still not working. I have RFENin at vdd and I still have the same
response,%V at xtal pin and a little riple at CLOCKOUT pin over 1,2V (the
riple frecuency is ok)

Why do you think that ? The data sheet specificaly says
"Parallel Resonant Mode" in table 7-1 on page 33.

What is it specificaly on page 33-36 in the data sheet
that you don't understand ? There are selection tables for crystals,
schematics for the connection and a lot of test explaining it all.
