What if you're much more frequent than necessary?  i thought that was
the
problem - the servo wants a pulse of 1 to 2ms, but generally only every
20 to 50ms (in RC, this enables you to control several servos with one
transmission channel.  very handy.)  Getting 32 bits or so of precision
in the one-to-two ms range doesn't leave you enough bits in the average
pwm generator to get them 20ms apart;  what happens if they're only 5ms
or so apart?
