I was visiting Ramtron's web site (www.ramtron.com) recently and noticed that I cannot find any references to their Nonvolatile Octal Latch/Register products (FM573, FM574). [The FM573 and FM574 are innovative circuits that store inputs like conventional logic families, and then retain the stored state in the absence of power.] They were definitely real products since I have the data sheets and some DIP samples. Anyone know what happened to those neat products? Bob Axtell (I know you are a Ramtron user), have you heard? I'll send them an inquiry e-mail, but I thought I might find out faster from this list.
