I recently bought the TDS2002 from Tucker.com that I am in love with. I think the sale continues until the year end that gives you a 10% discount for ANY trade in scope that is working. I traded in an ancient Bell & Howell from the 60's because it was the lightest thing (read cheapest shipping) I had. The prices on the TDS2000's are so low that they are lower than the used market from the last generation. My delivered cost was under $1200 dollars. I hope to evaluate my old scopes and dispose of most of them on EBAY . If anyone is really serious about electronics, the price on the TS2000 series can save a lot of money in the long run. They can replace the need for a bench full of other expensive tools. None of the controls worked except for the pots that control brightness, etc. I pulled the cover off (first time in its 15 years) and looked arround. The 2245A is an analog 100Mhz four channel with CRT. How do the CRT models compare with the color LCD models? How about the TDS2014? > > Thanks, > David > > -- > http://www.piclist.com hint: PICList Posts must start with ONE topic: > [PIC]:,[SX]:,[AVR]: ->uP ONLY!
