The 545 is very out dated and I would give you a better deal on one but the shipping would eat up any savings. $50 is above market (EBAY) but the shipping will price it higher from that source. It is big and bulky too. I think you would be better off with a 453 or 454. This deal does have the advantage that you can check it out before you buy. I hope it has a couple of probes to go with it. The bandwidth is not very high (10mhz?) but you can do a lot with that.
