Ten seconds ago I had a problem like yours.
Try using SLIP, worked for me.

Look at google for RFC 1055.

Very simple one.
Defines only 4 constants (ESC, END, ESC_ESC and ESC_END).

receiver USART, say B, to sync to this continous stream and receive data,
