Hello all,

I want to use the PIC16C745 to send some simple serial data from my board to
a PC.  Really I am already doing that with a 16C67 using the USART, but with
computers coming with no serial port any more I just want to switch to USB.
I have read some docs and come up with the fact that I have to produce a
descriptor.  I am pretty lost at this point.  Everything I read is targeted
at such high end things (ISDN, Ethernet etc etc).  I just want to send the
same data I had been sending over the USART over the USB.  Can anyone point
me in the right direction?

I have found the USB to serial adaptors, but since I am making the PCB
already I really want to go direct from my product to the computers USB.

Any insight is truly appreciated.
