First, make it 100% clear if the PIC
resets becuse of something *external* on
the MCLR pin. Put it hard av V+ (if you can),
and monitor it closly for glitches.

Then, depending on the result, go on from there...

There is a lot of things that can be going on.
How well is your code debugged ?
