Someone suggested the MAX306/307; I'm using a MAX308 right now to switch what is essentially audio level signals (actually quite a bit larger). Maxim also has a slightly nicer chip, the MAX4508. I haven't been able to find a source for it, though, so YMMV. You may also want to look at the TPA152 or TPA122 audio amplifiers from TI. These have a built-in pop-reduction feature, which allows them to be muted without that characteristic popping sound, and both are stereo output. My idea would be to use the MAX30x chip to switch, then put the TPAxxx chip after that with unity gain. Mute the TPAxxx amp, switch your signal, unmute the amp. Simple. Best part is, all of these chips are available as samples, so if this is a one-off, it'll be easy on the pocketbook!
