We have a piece of equipment which has an Alpha pot in it, and the pot has gone bad. Mouser seems to be the primary distributor for Alpha/Xicon pots, but I can't seem to figure out what the part number for this particular pot is. It has six leads, the body is 7.5mm high, 12mm wide, and 14.5mm front to back, with the leads protruding from the 12mm side. It is vertical PCB mount, with an unthreaded bushing of less than 2mm in height and the shaft is 18mm long, of which the last 12mm is flattened to hold a set screw in place. It has the code B10k stamped on the end opposite the terminals. I'd really hate to resort to ordering random parts and hoping they match, and the info on the Alpha/Xicon site could be more helpful. It appears to be a scanned catalog, which is not of a high enough resolution to make out the dimensions. If anyone knows anything about this, or has an Alpha catalog lying about that they can flip through, I'd be quite appreciative if they could share some of that knowledge with me! Thanks!
